Chocolate Caramel Parfait Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15.9 oz) package chocolate chunk brownie mix
1 (3.8 oz) box devils food instant pudding mix
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
Caramel-flavored ice-cream topping
Frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Honey roasted nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; crumble brownies, and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl combine pudding mix and sugar. Add cream, milk, and sour cream; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Cover, and chill, 2 hours.

3. In individual serving dishes, layer crumbled brownies, pudding mixture, caramel, whipped topping, and peanuts. Repeat layers, ending with peanuts. Cover, and chill 30 minutes before serving.
