Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground meat
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of regular rotel
  • 1 can of Mexican rotel
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 package of taco season
  • 1 package of buttermilk ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

In a large stock pot, brown ground beef and drain. Open and add the rest of the ingredients to the beef. Do not drain the beans or corn. Simmer until heated through.
