Ingredients
- 2 tsp greek seasonings
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 16 oz prepared hummus
- 1 1/2 cups tzatziki sauce( gyro sauce)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 medium roma tomatoes,diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large skillet, brown the ground lamb with garlic salt and greek seasonings, drain and set aside.
2. In a shallow 11/2 quart dish, spread the hummus on the bottom, top with the ground lamb,top with tzatziki sauce, then the lettuce, follow with the onions, then the olives and finish with the feta.
3. Serve the dip at room temperature with pita chips
