  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp. low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Fuyu persimmons, thinly sliced
  • 4 pieces whole-grain toast
  • 2 tsp. honey
