Honey, Goat Cheese, and Persimmon Toasts

- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 1 tbsp. low-fat milk
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Black pepper
- 2 Fuyu persimmons, thinly sliced
- 4 pieces whole-grain toast
- 2 tsp. honey
1. In a bowl, stir together cheese, milk, zest, pepper until combined.
2. Thinly slice persimmons.
3. Spread cheese mix evenly on 4 pieces toast, layer persimmon, drizzle with honey.
