COMBINE FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL, SET ASIDE STIR TOGETHER MARGARINE, BROWN SUGAR AND HONEY IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN OVER LOW HEAT, STIR UNTIL MARGARINE MELTS AND SUGAR DISSOLVES. POUR MARGARINE MIXTURE OVER CEREAL MIXTURE, STIRRING TO COAT. SPREAD IN A SINGLE LAYER ON AN ALUMINUM FOIL LINED JELLY ROLL PAN. BAKE 325 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES STIRRING ONCE. STIR IN CRANBERRIES OR RAISINS AND BAKE 5 MORE MINUTES. SPREAD IMMEDIATELY ON WAX PAPER AND COOL. STORE SNACK MIX IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
