Green and Gold Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg (10oz) frozen green peas
• 1/2 c shredded cheddar
• 2 tbs onion, chopped
• 2 tbs mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 tsp mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Serve over lettuce or mixed greens.
Rinse peas under cold water, drain thoroughly. MIx all ingredients.
