Four Beans and Sausage

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can Great Northern beans, drained
  • 15 1/2 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 16 oz. can red kidney beans, drained
  • 15 oz. can butter beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, cooked and cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

2. Cover. Cook on low 9-10 hours, or high 4-5 hours.
