Ingredients
- 9 inch baked pastry shell (pie crust)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tlb cornstarch
- 1 tlb grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
- 3 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
In sauce pan, combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel, butter, lemon juice, milk, and egg yolk.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick.
Cover and cool.
Fold in sour cream, pour into baked crust.
Chill at least 2 hrs. before serving.
Top with whipped cream
