Cherry Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine
2. Pat on bottom 9 in. square pan
3. Mix softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth
4. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Pour over crust & bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
6. Cool cover with pie filling.
7. Chill several hours.
