  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • Frosting
  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

How to Make
1.Preheat oven to 350°
2.Line a 9x13 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
3.In bowl of stand mixer combine melted butter and cocoa powder. Mix on medium speed until all lumps are gone.
4.Add in eggs and vanilla and beat until thickened and smooth, about 1 minute.
5.Add in sugar and beat until incorporated and finally add in flour and mix until combined.
6.Spread in prepared pan and bake 15-20 minutes until center is just set.
7.While the bronwies are baking prepare your frosting my beating the butter and cocoa powder together. Add in milk and powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
8.Allow the brownies to cool for about 10-15 minutes and then spread on frosting. The brownies will still be warm, this is what you want.
9.Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares,
