Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1/8 - 1/4 C dry hot mustard
  • 1/2 C white vinegar
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • Balls:
  • 2 10 oz chopped spinach well drained
  • 2 C herb stuffing mix (pepperidge farm)
  • 1 C parmesean cheese
  • 1 C melted butter
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 4 small green onions (diced fine)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Sauce over low heat till thick. Combine ball ingredients together and mix well. Roll in balls and freeze. Bake 350 (frozen) 10-15 minutes.
