Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/8 - 1/4 C dry hot mustard
- 1/2 C white vinegar
- 1/2 C Sugar
- Balls:
- 2 10 oz chopped spinach well drained
- 2 C herb stuffing mix (pepperidge farm)
- 1 C parmesean cheese
- 1 C melted butter
- 3 whole eggs
- 4 small green onions (diced fine)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Sauce over low heat till thick. Combine ball ingredients together and mix well. Roll in balls and freeze. Bake 350 (frozen) 10-15 minutes.
