Cookies n' Cream frosting

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter, room temp
• 5 cups sifted powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 oreos, crushed, plus more for topping.

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add half of powdered sugar, beat until incorporated. Add milk and vanilla, then rest of sugar until desired consistency. Add crushed oreos last, mixing by hand. Top cupcakes with a half an oreo.
