Cookies n' Cream Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1.5 cups flour
• 1.5 cups cake flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 sticks butter, room temp (in pieces)
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 14 oreos, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in mixer. Add butter pieces and mix until coated. Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add wet mix to dry mix in 3 parts. Add crushed up oreos, blend by hand.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees, bake for 15-18 minutes.
