Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease and flour a 8x4" loaf pan. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and eggs. Add flour and pinch of soda, mix well. Pour into a 8x4" loaf pan.

2. Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
