- 1 cup 1% milk, scalded
- 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup eggbeaters
- 2 T. dried parsley
- 2 T. Dried onion
- 10 small squares crushed saltines

Mix all ingredients, bake @ 400* for 45 minutes
