Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 10 tortillas
- 1 1/2 c. salsa
- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. In a med. bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 c. salsa and chili powder. Mix in chicken and 1 c. cheese. Spread 1/3 c. of mixture on each tortilla shell, roll up and put in a greased 9x13 dish. Pour the remaining salsa over the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15-20 min. until hot and the cheese is melted.
