  • l l/2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese
  • l teaspoon garlic minced
  • l l/2 tablespoon chili powder
  • l teaspoon cumin
  • l/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • l/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • l0 oz can Rotel , drained with juices reserved
  • l package burrito sized totillas

Preparation

Step 1

mix cheeses together
add all remaining ingredients, using remain rotel juice as need to thin mixture
cover and refrigerate for at least one hour
place on heaping spoonful onto tottilla
spread to edges using a metal spatula
roll and cut into slices
