Ingredients

  • Mustard Dipping Sauce:
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 3 chicken breast halved, cut into strips
  • 3/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. ground pecans

Preparation

Step 1

SAUCE: In a small pot, bring cream to a boil. Lower heat to simmer & reduce cream to half (about 15-20 min.). Whisk mustards and honey into cream. Refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350F. Cut chicken into strips, thread onto wooden skewers. Brush with mustard and roll in ground pecans. Bake for 10 min. Serve with sauce.
