Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 cups water
- 4 teaspoons dry mustard
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 4 pounds pork spareribs
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Honey

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 300 deg.
Season Ribs with onion/garlic powder, and salt.
Add to roasting pan, cover tightly with foil.
bake for 2 hours.
Drain fat.
In a large bowl, combine onions, ketchup, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, honey, and a few squirts of BBQ sauce.
Pour half of the sauce on ribs, cover, bake 30 minutes.
Pour on rest of sauce, bake uncovered 30 more minutes at 350 deg.
