Monterey Ranch Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup ranch salad dressing with bacon
  • 1 loaf unsliced French bread
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Minced fresh parsley or dried

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a bowl, combine the cheese and salad dressing; set aside.

2. Cut bread in half lengthwise; brush with butter. Place on baking sheets. Broil 4" from the heat until golden brown.

3. Spread with cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
