Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 (16 oz each) cans tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup long-grain rice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
Place browned beef, onions, peppers, tomatoes, chili powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce and rice in the crockpot. Stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours (or on low heat for 4 hours.)
