  • 3/4 cup butter, melted {6oz}
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar {6oz}
  • 1/4 cup white sugar {1.75oz}
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour {5oz}
  • 2 cups raw rolled oats {not quick-cooking}
  • 1 cup dried cranberries {6oz}

Step 1

Preheat oven to 355°F {330°F for a glass or nonstick pan}
Line an 8x8” pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.

In a large bowl, stir together butter, sugars, egg, Vanilla and Cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients and stir with a spatula until just combined. Spread in the prepared pan and bake 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs, rotating the pan halfway through the baking time.

Cool completely in the pan and then cut into squares.
