Ingredients
- 2 whole medium chicken breasts, skinned and halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Place chicken, bone side up in broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 15 minutes. Turn. Cook 10 additional minutes
Meanwhile, combine honey, Dijon-style mustard, lemon juice, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir well.
Brush chicken with honey-mustard mixture. Broil about 5 minutes more or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Makes 4 servings.
