Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbl lemon juice
- 2 Tbl fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Mix crabmeat, crushed crackers, Old Bay Seasoning and parsley.
In a separate bowl combine egg, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whip with a whisk until smoothe. Pour mixture over the crabmeat mixture and gently mix so as not to break up large lumps of crab.
Mold into golfball sized balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Drizzle with melted butter.
