Ingredients
- 1 cup flour, plus 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons double-acting baking powder
- 5 ounces lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400.
2. Combine flour-baking powder. Add cheese.
3. Combine milk-butter, combin e with flour just to moisten. Divide among 6 muffin tins.
4. Bake 15 mins. Cool out of pan on wire rack.
