Ingredients

  • 2 to 3

    pound beef chuck or rump roast

  • 1/2

    cup water

  • 1

    (1 oz) package of dry ranch seasoning mix (found on the salad dressing aisle)

  • 1

    (1 oz) package of dry Italian salad dressing mix

  • 1

    (1 oz) package of brown gravy mix (found in the gravy aisle)

Directions

- Place roast in your slow cooker. Add in water and 3 dry seasoning mixes. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours. - Remove roast to cutting board and let it rest about 10 minutes before cutting and serving. - Serve with a few baked sweet potatoes.
