  • 2 pcs frozen chicken chop
  • Marinade
  • 3 tbsp white miso
  • 2 tbsp mirin



Step 1

1) Defrost chicken and rinse under running water for at least 5 min to rid the frozen smell
2) Dry the chicken chop
3) Prepare the marinade, if the marinade is too thick, add a little more miring to dilute it
4) Smear the marinade on the chicken chop and marinade for at least 2 hours
