Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs boneless chuck steak
- 2 TB olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 (26oz) jar Ragu "old world" pasta sauce
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 box of any pasta
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large skillet- heat 1 TB olive oil over med-high heat, brown steak in batches.
2. Turn into slow-cooker sprayed with non-stick spray.
3. Heat remaining 1 TB oil and cook onion until golden. Add garlic for 30 seconds. Spoon over steak.
4. Add pasta sauce, cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10
5. Stir in cheese and serve over pasta.
