Ingredients
- 2 * 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 * 1 tsp Molasses
- 2 * 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 * 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 * 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups flour; preferably 3/4 cup white and 3/4 cup wheat
- 1 * 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 * 1 cup quaker oats, old fashioned
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 cups butter scotch chips
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Beat together margarine and sugars and molasses until creamy
3. Add eggs and vanilla, Beat well.
4. Add combined flour, baking soda, salt.
5. Add both chocolate chips, pecans. Beat well.
6. Add 3 cups oats, continue to beat well.
7. Rest the dough in the fridge for 4 to 8 hours (up to 36 hours) before baking. (Optional)
8. Bake 10 to 12 minutes @ 350 until edges are done.
9. Makes about 4 dozen cookies
