Rice Bowl with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • Diced chicken, beef or pork
  • Diced green onions
  • Cooked rice, warmed to eating temperature
  • Soy Sauce
  • Peanut Oil
  • Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Peanut Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat rice to eating temperature
2. Top with between 1 tsp and 1 tbsp of peanut oil.
3. Stir the peanut oil into the rice to coat the grains.
4. Top with a drizzle of sesame oil, mixing it in again.
5. Add a splash of rice vinegar (not too much).
6. Mix in the meat. If its just a little meat then it doesn't need to be heated (the rice will heat the meat otherwise nuke it for 10 to 15 seconds).
7. Top with a drizzle of peanut sauce.
8. Top with green onions.
