CANNED CRABAPPLES

  • 26 cranapples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Wash crabapples, then drain. When syrup is ready, drop crabapples into syrup and simmer for 3 minutes. Pack in jars, leave 1/2 inch head space. Get out all the air bubbles. Put in canner. Have water 1 inch above lid. When boiling, time 15 minutes.
