Cararmel Pecan Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 34 caramels
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
  • 3 pkg (250 grams) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Make crust.

Melt caramels with milk. Stir in pecans. Pour over crust.

Beat remaining ingredients (eggs one at a time)

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Chill for 4 hours. Decorate if desired.
