Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 34 caramels
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
- 3 pkg (250 grams) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Make crust.
Melt caramels with milk. Stir in pecans. Pour over crust.
Beat remaining ingredients (eggs one at a time)
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
Chill for 4 hours. Decorate if desired.
