BBQ Tom Yum Pork Neck

  • 4-5 pieces Pork Neck
  • 3 stalk lemongrass
  • 8 pieces lemon leaves
  • 1 thumb sized piece blue ginger
  • 2 shallots
  • some chilli paid
  • Marinade
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 limes (juice only)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar



Step 1

1) Wash the pork neck, use a knife to make incisions on the meat
2) Mince all the herbs, add in the marinade and use a spoon to mix everything thing together and press on the herbs to extract the flavours
3) Dry the washed pork, and submerge it in the mixed herb and marinade and marinade for at least 6 hours
