Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (1 lb, 2 oz) OREO sandwich cookies
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 Pkg. (8 oz each) Semi Sweet Chocolate, melted

Step 1
Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food chopper; reserve for later use. Crush remaining cookies (36) to fine crumbs; place in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese, combine until well blended. roll into 1-inch balls. Dip balls in melted chocolate, place on wax paper. Sprinkle truffles with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. store covered in refrigerator.
