Ingredients
- Seasoning Sauce:
- 1 lb broccoli, cut into florets, stems sliced
- 1 - 1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in strips
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ajinomoto
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp ginger root
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz. bamboo shoots
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 3 tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Heat wok over moderately high heat. Add 1 1/2 tbsp. oil.
Add 2 tbsp. gingerroot and stir fry the pork. Remove.
Add chicken stock and vegetables.
Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
Add meat and seasoning mixture and cook until thickened.
