Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup raisins or dried currants
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Makes 22 bites
Combine the peanut butter with the maple syrup and brown sugar. Once you have made your peanut butter/sugar paste you can add in the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
Try swapping out the cranberries, currants, pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds for the fruit/nuts/seeds of your choice. You can even add chocolate chips. How about variations with chopped peanuts, almonds or cashews? If it sounds good to you, go for it!
