Tomato Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 C packed brown sugar
  • 1 C tomato puree
  • 1/4 C water
  • 2 C white bread, cubed (crusts removed)
  • 1/2 C melted butter

Step 1

Preheat oven 325, combine sugar, puree, & water in sauce pan cook for 5 min. While tomato mixture is cooking put bread cubes into a casserole dish pour melted butter over then add tomato mixture. bake for 50 minutes.
