Ingredients
- 10 oz diced tomato & green chilies, drained
- 16oz can refried beans
- 12 oz refrigerated prepared guacamole
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese & monterey jack cheese
- 1 can sliced olives, drained
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Reserve 1/2 c. tomato; set aside. Blend remaining tomato and reserved juice with beans in small bowl. Spread bean tomato mixture into 8x8 inch baking dish. Top with guacamole. Blend sour cream and taco seasoning mix together in small bowl. Spread over guacamole. Top evenly with layers of cheese, olives, green onions, and reserved tomato. Chill for 2 hours prior to serving.
