- 1 c. softened butter (no substitutes)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1-1/4 c. peanut butter chips
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Gradually add flour; mix well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Line a 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan with foil, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Gently press dough into the pan; sprinkle with pecans and press into dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool in pan on wire rack. Invert pan and remove foil. Break brittle into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
