Tangy BBQ Chicken Delight

- Spice Mixture
- 2 T. Brown Sugar
- 2 t. Garlic Powder
- 1 t. Chili Powder
- 1 t. Paprika
- 1/2 t. Salt
- Ketchup Mixture
- 1/4 C. Ketchup or Spicy Ketchup
- 1 T. Brown Sugar
- 1 T. Grape Juice
- 1 T. Dijon Mustard or Yellow Mustard
- 8 (6-oz) Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
- Cooking Spray for the Cookie Sheet
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine ketchup and next 3 ingredients(through mustard) in a small bowl; stir with a whisk and set aside.
Coat cookie sheet with Cooking Spray and Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
When oven is ready rub spice mixture evenly over chicken breasts
Lay chicken on cookie sheet; bake for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over.
Brush with half of the Ketchup Mixture; cook 15 minutes. Turn over chicken.
Brush with remaining Ketchup Mixture; cook 5 minutes or until a thermometer registers 165 degrees internal temperature of chicken.
HINT: Goes great with Mashed Potatoes, California Veggies and Ice Cream as a Dessert.
