Soy-Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 6 c thinly sliced Brussels sprouts
  • 1 c thinly sliced onion
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.

Cut Brussels sprouts into thin slices. Toss with onion, soy sauce and sesame oil together in a large bowl until well coated. Spread mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 mins, or until tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle balsamic vinegar on top. Toss and serve.
