Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup Minute Rice
- 1 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg Yolk, slightly beaten
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Raisins
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and remove from from and let stand 5 minutes. B;end milk and egg yolk together and stir into rice. Add sugar, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Bring to a boil, stir constantly, cover and remove from heat. Let stand one hour.
