Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup Kellogg's All-Bran or Kellogg's Bran Buds cereal
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil or shortening
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.
2. Measure All Bran or Bran Buds cereal and milk into large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand for 1-2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well.
3. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
4. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin-pan cups.
5. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
