  • 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crunbs
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Cups Flaked Coconut
  • 1 Can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 6 Tbs. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, cubed
  • 3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Combine coconut and milk; spread over warm crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, cream and butter. Bring to a boil over medium, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Spread over coconut layer. Cool before cutting.
