Cape May Broccoli Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1 8 oz pkg dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • DRESSING
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets with cranberries, sunflower seeds and celery.

Combine dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss. Keep refrigerated.
