Light Crabmeat Spread

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbs. Butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 2 Tbs. Skim Milk
  • 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 3 Small Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 (6 oz.) Crabmeat, drained, flsked



Step 1

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with fork. Add butter; beat until blended. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, let spread stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. If desired, sprinkle with paprika. Serve with assorted fat-free crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.
