No Bake Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 small chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup honey or agave
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until you have formed a large ball.

Place the ball on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 2 to 3 minutes

Remove ball from refrigerator, pulling pieces off that are big enough to shape into small balls with your hands; continue shaping until 8 to 12 balls are formed.

Place in an airtight container and serve when you are ready to eat!
