Ingredients
- 2 Pkgs. mini phyllo shells
- 8 oz. brie, double cream
- Rasberry Preserves
- Apricot preserves
Preparation
Step 1
350 Oven
Place mini shells on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Carefully cut rind from brie.
Cut brie into 1/2 inch cubes, putting one in each shell.
Top each shell with preserve of choice.
bake 6-7 minutes or until brie has melted and phyllo shells are golden
