CHICKEN CASSEROLE (Patti)

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, halved
  • 2 large heads broccoli, chopped & partially cooked
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp curry (optional)
  • 2-3 cups medium Cheddar, grated
  • 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken breasts through in frying pan. Put broccoli in bottom of greased casserole and top with chicken. Mix rest of ingredients, excluding cheese and crumbs. Pour over. Add cheese and top with crumbs. Bake at 350F for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Can be made ahead.
