  • 1 c water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c margarine
  • 1 c flour
  • 4 large eggs



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In medium saucepan bring water, margarine and salt to boil.

Remove from heat.

With wooden spoon, beat in flour all at once.

Return to low heat and continue beating until dough is shiny.

Drop by the spoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.

Cool completely on wire racks, away from drafts.

Cut and will with any filling.
